The MLC Golf Performance Tour is a unique 3-phase system based on the internationally recognized GoLo Golf Performance Institute. An individualized golf fitness program designed specifically for you will help improve your performance on the golf course.

Your program is built on an assessment of your specific golf physical profile. After your limitations are identified, your personalized golf fitness program is developed. Each of the 3 phases of the MLC Golf Performance Tour consists of one-on-one instruction to ensure the highest quality learning experience and maximal results!

  • The MLC Golf Performance Tour can help you in each of these areas. A thorough evaluation of your body mechanics and your golf swing identifies limitations that raise your score and puts you at risk of injury.
Troy Andrews, PT
Troy brings the best of both worlds to the Golf Performance Tour, a physical therapists view and a golf teaching professional’s view. Troy has over 15 years experience in orthopedic rehab and sports medicine and holds various certifications for golf performance and fitness. He is a nationally certified Golf teaching professional from the United States Golf Teachers Federation (USGTF).
 
Phase 1: The Front 9 (1 hour session)
    A golf swing evaluation that determines your musculoskeletal performance and characteristics that shape your swing mechanics.

    The evaluation includes:
    • An analysis of your grip, stance, and address Photos of 4 stages of your swing
    • Radar measurement of your swing speed
    • Swing balance assessment

    We’ll discuss your swing mechanics, and you’ll receive a report. This information is used in Phase 2: The Back 9 to help design your Golf Fitness program.
 
Phase 2: The Back 9 (1 hour session)
    The first session assesses your entire body to find limitations in:
    • Joint range of motion (shoulders, wrists, knees, ankles, etc.)
    • Muscle strength and flexibility
    • Neuromuscular coordination

    Limitations in any of these areas may prevent you from obtaining your ideal swing. Then, a Golf Fitness Program is custom designed specifically for you, based on:
    • Swing screen results
    • Body assessment results
    • Golf Fitness goals
    • Golf specific training drills

    We also consider your time, equipment, and fitness level to focus your workouts. The second session will be scheduled 2 to 4 weeks after the first session. We’ll review your fitness workout and monitor your progress using comparison photos and swing speed testing. Your program will be adjusted according to those results.
 
Phase 3: The 19th Hole
    These 30 minute sessions cover a variety of topics, including:
    • Putting
    • Pitching
    • Chipping
    • One-on-One training
    • Season comparisons
    • Quick screen review
